Surviving any form of trauma, including narcissistic abuse, can feel like a life sentence for those on their path of recovery. But it doesn’t have to be. It is possible to release the heaviness of the pain and grief that you’ve been carrying around with you. It is possible to move away from the rumination and deregulation that has taken up residence within your body. There will come a time when you won’t feel as lost, or as broken, or as empty as you may be feeling right in this moment. I know all of this because I have trodden the thin line between life and death myself. I have had to fight with every ounce of my strength to survive the isolation, confusion, chaos, betrayal, and absolute devastation that comes from surviving such unspeakable forms of trauma. Whether you believe it right now or not, you DO have the power and resilience within youto find your light again. You do have the tools to find what makes you feel whole, and wholesome, and happy. Not only do I know that you have the capacity to survive what you’ve been through, but I have every ounce of confidence that you have what it takes to thrive. I am here to walk that difficult path with you. I am here to remind you that you do not have to do this alone. There will be no agenda or judgement from me. I am simply here to offer you a safe space to explore, navigate, integrate and heal from whatever is showing up for you.

I can work with you to:

Explore the complexities of the abusive relationship/s you may be experiencing, or have experienced in the past;
– Navigate the aftermath of abuse, including narcissistic and psychopathic abuse;
– Help you to understand and dissolve the trauma-bonding and/or cognitive dissonance that often holds many survivors back from full recovery;
– Unpack any trauma you may have experienced throughout your life, including intergenerational and developmental trauma from your childhood;
– Work with the grief, anger and/or any emotional energy that feels trapped inside the body; Whether you believe it right now or not, you DO have the power and resilience within you to find your light again. You do have the tools to find what makes you feel whole, and

Hello, I’m Jennifer

Hello, I’m Jennifer I am a trauma survivor with extensive first-hand experience of narcissistic and psychopathic abuse.

My journey of recovery has led me down the path of intense healing. I am a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach and Breathwork Facilitator.

I am also a practicing grief apprentice, who is looking to hold space for deep and often transformational practices of emotional releasing.

I have made it my life’s work to not only create safe spaces for other survivors to liberate themselves in their own lives, but to offer extensive resources that will help survivors to navigate this incredibly difficult path that is often so misunderstood.

Narcissistic abuse and the complex trauma that often accompanies these experiences can only be truly understood when a person has walked the perilous path of recovery from such devastation.

My work is about developing resources that can help others to heal themselves on an embodied level. No matter where you are in your healing journey; no matter how impossible a situation may appear to be:

I know that you have the power and resilience within you to move towards a space of profound wellness. I am confident that I have the tools, the understanding, the lived-experience, and the upmost compassion to guide you towards a place of understanding, acceptance, compassion, love, and peace.
